These terms explain how we work with clients at CutCultur Studio. By confirming a project with us, you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, reach out before the project starts.
Every project starts with a written brief covering deliverables, format, length and delivery date. Anything outside that brief is treated as new work and quoted separately. We will not begin editing until the brief is confirmed by the client.
A 50% advance is required to start any project. The remaining 50% is due before the final files are delivered. Payments are made via bank transfer or UPI. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments beyond 7 days may pause the project.
Every package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions on the agreed cut. Revisions must be sent as a single, time-coded list. Additional rounds or major re-edits after approval are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Turnaround times start once we receive all raw footage, assets and brief. Delivery windows are estimates and may shift for large projects, missing files or delayed client feedback. Final files are delivered via cloud link and remain available for 30 days.
Clients are responsible for providing organized raw footage, licensed music, brand assets and any required approvals. CutCultur is not liable for delays, corruption or loss caused by third-party files, platforms or storage services.
Once full payment is received, the client owns the final delivered edit for the agreed use. CutCultur retains the right to display the work in its portfolio, showreel and social media unless a written NDA is signed before the project starts.
The client is responsible for licensing all music, stock footage, fonts and images they supply. If CutCultur sources any assets on request, licensing fees are billed separately and the license is issued in the client's name.
All project materials shared with CutCultur are treated as confidential and are only accessed by team members working on the project. Raw footage and project files are stored securely for up to 60 days after delivery, then archived or deleted.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the advance is non-refundable. If cancelled before any work begins, 80% of the advance is refunded within 7 business days. Completed milestones are always billable.
CutCultur's total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed campaigns or lost revenue.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect on the date a project is confirmed is the one that applies to that project.
